I’ll bring your requirement to the attention of some of the more active D&D groups. It would help though if you could give us some idea as to what the scope is of your research, that way people will know how to best help you.
We usually hold our games every Friday night and/or Saturday afternoon. Why not try and join us sometime at FraDreYao one Saturday? It’s at the corner of P. Campa St. and España, near McDonalds, KFC and Ministop.
We’d really like to know what the research is about though.
To help you better with your research we do want to know what you are researching about. Which aspect of the game it might be.

Right now sourcing D&D books would be best done via Hans of Gaming Library. http://www.gaminglib.com/ They’re a good Filipino company that brings in board games and the occasional RPG book, including D&D. Feel free to email them through their site and I’m sure they’ll get back to you with reasonable prices. As far as I remember they also can purchase dice for you to play D&D with.
